INSURANCE PARTICIPATION

Your physician will discuss your operation/procedure with you.  At Fairfax Colon & Rectal Surgery Center, we participate in many managed care plans with traditional insurance. See the detailed list of plans below for your reference. Many plans require that you make a co-payment at the time of your visit. To make is as easy as possible for you, we accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards at our office.

We wish to make our patients aware that some of the biographical data listed for our surgeons on some of the Insurance Companies' websites is incorrect. We constantly try to correct/update this information but at times errors creep into their data despite our best efforts.  The most reliable information concerning which companies we actively participate with and the true professional biographies of our physicans will be found on this website.

Our billing manager, Patrice Daniel, can answer many of your insurance questions. Please bring your insurance card with you each visit and notify our front desk anytime your insurance coverage changes. We participate in the following plans:
